The mothers of the participants of the Red Guard “Hizb ut-Tahrir case” paid fines for single pickets with coins, the project of Radio Liberty “Crimea. Realia”.

A fine of 25,000 rubles in coins was collected thanks to the support of hundreds of Crimean Tatars, who donated 10 rubles each.
On October 31, 2020, the mothers of those involved in the Hizb ut-Tahrir Red Guard went on a single picket to disagree with the future sentence of their sons and the terms requested by the prosecutor in court. Six months later, administrative cases were opened against them.
On November 3, 2020, a Russian court sentenced the defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case: Rustem Emiruseinov was sentenced to 17 years, Arsen Abkhairov to 13 years, and Eskender Abdulganiev to 12 years.
The day before, officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia abducted Crimean resident Eldar Adamanov after a search of his home in Simferopol.
