Rules of entry into Turkey for tourists from Ukraine
To cross the Turkish border you must have one of the following documents:
a document on vaccination from COVID-19 made not earlier than 14 days before arrival in the country (Turkey recognizes vaccines approved by the WHO, as well as those used in Ukraine at the national level);
a document certifying that the person has become ill with COVID-19 during the last 6 months;
negative PCR test for coronavirus made no later than 72 hours before arrival;

Children under 6 and transit passengers are exempt from these obligations.
In addition, to enter the Republic of Turkey, it is mandatory to fill out an electronic form on the website of the Ministry of Health of Turkey 72 hours before arrival in the country. The completed form will need to be printed out or saved on a smartphone or other device for presentation to an airline representative before boarding the flight.
Passengers without a completed form will not be allowed on the flight, as it will automatically generate a HES code – a personal code introduced by the Ministry of Health of Turkey to track the movement of people who may be infected. With the help of the code, the Ministry of Health of Turkey will be able to contact you in case of any contact with a patient infected with COVID-19 during your trip. Therefore, when filling out the form, it is important to specify the current mobile phone number.
The completed form will also be checked at the border of the Republic of Turkey. If you do not fill in the form or enter knowingly false information, you may be subject to administrative penalties and may be barred from entering the country.
It is also mandatory to have an insurance policy for COVID-19, which can be purchased online, from the tour operator, when purchasing tickets, as well as directly at the airport in Turkey upon arrival.

For citizens arriving from the UK and Denmark, quarantine stays have been reduced from 14 to 10 days.
