It is reported that the mountain with a height of 3776 meters was covered with white snow 25 days earlier than usual and 21 days earlier than last year.
Aerial photographs show a symmetrical cone of the legendary mountain, lightly sprinkled with fresh snow.
Fujiyama is an active volcano in Japan. He is now considered inactive. The volcano has an almost perfect conical shape and is considered sacred, is the object of tourism, as well as a religious pilgrimage of Buddhist and Shinto cults. Fuji has been a popular theme in Japanese art for centuries.
