“Friends, after long negotiations with one of the world’s largest airlines, Turkish Airlines is pleased to announce the opening of a long-awaited regular flight to Istanbul from Mykolayiv Airport!” He wrote.
According to him, flights will be performed 5 times a week.
In 2020, the Turkish airline Turkish Airlines became the leader in the number of flights performed in the airspace of Ukraine. In particular, the Turkish company made 14 thousand 623 flights.
At the same time, in the first year of the pandemic, Turkey became the main foreign tourist destination for Ukrainians.
In particular, according to the National Statistical Institute of the Republic of Turkey, in April-June 2021, most foreign tourists came to Turkey from Ukraine. In particular, 349.2 thousand Ukrainians visited the country during this period.
