What could be tastier than a fresh, soft fried pie with a thin crispy crust? And if it is home – then you can eat your fingers! We offer you a recipe for a very tasty dough for fried pies – so, choose the filling and make your family happy.

Ingredients per 500 grams of dough:
170 ml. warm water
10 gr. compressed yeast (3 – 4 g of dry),
20 gr. sugar,
5 gr. salt,
10 gr. butter (can be replaced with margarine or vegetable oil),
310 gr. flour.
250 gr. any filling (apple jam on video)
Preparation:
Pour warm water into a mixing bowl, add yeast and sugar, mix well until smooth. Since this dough is prepared without mash – immediately add flour, but not all – leave a little, because everyone has different flour, it is better if it is not enough, add it at the end of kneading.
After flour, add salt and softened butter and knead the dough. If necessary, add the remaining flour. The dough should be soft, elastic, slightly sticky to the hands, but not stay on them.
Next, grease the bowl with oil, spread the dough in it and cover with cling film and leave to stand for an hour. During this time, it will increase 1.5-2 times.
Roll out the dough and set to rise for another hour.
After the dough for the pies came a second time – grease the table with vegetable oil and knead the dough, divide it into 10 pieces of 50 grams. Roll the pieces into balls, grease with oil, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 5-7 minutes.
During this time, prepare the filling and shape the cakes. After all the cakes are glued – cover them with cling film and leave them to rise for 10-15 minutes.
All that remains is to fry – pour 1 cm of oil into the pan, heat well and place the pies. Fry under a closed lid over medium heat until cooked.
