Pies with fruit and berry fillings are everyone’s favorite, but apple pies are especially popular because you can bake them all year round.

If you are looking for a quick pie recipe, the first thing that comes to mind is charlotte. However, try another option – make a loose apple pie. This recipe is good because the dough, as such, does not need to be cooked at all. You do not need to mix and keep it, just mix the dry ingredients.
Ingredients:
0.5 cups of flour
0.5 cups of semolina
0.5 cups of sugar
100 g of butter
3-4 apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
powdered sugar
Preparation:
Combine sifted flour with semolina, sugar, and baking powder and mix well.
Grate the apples on a large grater, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with cinnamon, and mix.
Grate half the amount of frozen butter on the bottom of the removable form on a fine grater, sprinkle it with a third of the prepared dry mixture, and level. Lay out half of the apple filling on top, cover with another third of the flour mixture, put the other half of the filling, and cover with the remaining dry mixture, on top of which evenly grate the oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Sprinkle the surface of the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
On a side note:
Apples are better use sweet and sour. An important condition – they must be juicy. In this case, the cake will soak well and will not dry out.
You can add chopped nuts and steamed raisins to the apple filling.
To form a crispy crust on the surface of the cake, 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle it with sugar.
