The south of Spain suffers from forest fires. 900 people were evacuated from the resort of Estepona, there are dead.

A 44-year-old rescuer died in the fire. According to emergency services, the fire burned about 2,000 hectares of the densely forested area known as the Sierra Bermeja.
A total of 939 people were evacuated from four communities in Estepona. Residents left their homes with only the most necessary things, some – with pets.
More than 300 firefighters are working to extinguish the fire, which is not yet under control, the Andalusian Emergency Situations Service said on Twitter.
The fire closed several roads, including a section of the AR-7 highway that runs along the Mediterranean Sea.
In the Spanish southern province of Malaga, a forest fire evacuated more than 400 people.
On September 7, a fire broke out in the mountainous region of Galicia in northwestern Spain, destroying 1,000 hectares of forest. It is suspected that it was arson.
