On the morning of yesterday, a dead baleen whale about 14 meters long was found on the coast in the city of Odawara in the Japanese prefecture of Kanagawa.

According to the prefecture authorities, a baleen whale about 14 meters long is lying dead on the shore and looks like an adult sperm whale.
A representative of the local museum photographed and measured the size of the whale. Residents and elementary school students from the district also gathered nearby.
The prefecture and the city are currently considering future measures in this situation.
