Fish
According to the expert, fish should be eaten three times a week.
Beans
Legumes should be added to the diet at least twice a week.
Nuts
Hermione believes that it is useful to eat a few nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts) during each meal – it improves the regulation of blood sugar.
Greek yogurt and eggs
These foods are rich sources of protein, which is well absorbed by the body. Some protein can also be eaten with carbohydrates: this method helps prevent a sharp rise in blood sugar.
