In Ukraine, 2.311 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded, an increase over the day, September 15, – 5.7 thousand, which is almost a quarter more than the day before. More than 1.5 thousand people were hospitalized per day, which is slightly less than the day before. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“As of September 15, 2021, 5,744 new confirmed cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been registered in Ukraine,” the Ministry of Health said.
Also for the past day:
1,507 people were hospitalized;
fatalities – 101;
1,499 people recovered.
tested: by PCR – 34,420 people, by ELISA – 7,942 people, by rapid tests – 30,569 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
fell ill – 2,331,540 people;
recovered – 2,226,629 people;
fatalities – 54,651;
PCR tests were performed – 12,377,327.
Of the patients for the past day: children – 629, health workers – 95.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Lviv (552), Kharkiv (498), Dnipropetrovsk (415), Kyiv (362), and Odesa (347) oblasts.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 18th in distribution and 19th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
