In Ukraine, 2.37 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded, an increase over the day on September 22 – more than 7.8 thousand, a new anti-record this fall. At the same time, 2,000 people were hospitalized per day, which is at the level of the previous day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

“As of September 22, 2021, 7,866 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded in Ukraine,” the Ministry of Health said.
Also for the past day:
2,070 people were hospitalized;
fatalities – 123;
2,305 people recovered.
tested: by PCR – 41,625 people, by ELISA – 9,742 people, by rapid tests – 33,568 people.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:
fell ill – 2,370,425 people;
2,237,973 people recovered;
fatalities – 55,284;
PCR tests were performed – 12,593,275.
Of the patients for the past day: children – 667, health workers – 175.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kharkiv (839), Lviv (685), Donetsk (520), Kyiv (467), and Dnipropetrovsk (456) oblasts.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with the coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 19th in distribution and 19th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
