Police received information about what happened on September 26 at 2:00 (10:00 Kyiv time) in the bar La Familia Sports Pub and Lounge.
According to preliminary data, the conflict began with a fight. Thus participants of the fight left a bar, got in various cars, and parted. After that, inside the bar, unknown people opened fire on the crowd.
In April, US President Joe Biden called the country’s armed violence an “epidemic” and an “international disgrace.” He proposed a number of restrictive measures: to ban the free sale of components for weapons, as well as to change the status of pistols modified by stabilizers, which increase the accuracy of the hit. The latter Biden considered it necessary to equate pistols with silencers and record the owners of such weapons names and other personal data.
In addition, the American president proposed to give the courts the right to confiscate weapons from individuals at the request of relatives and others.
