On October 5, 2021, the High Council of Justice considered the materials on the dismissal of judges on general grounds, namely in connection with the submission of resignations. This was reported by the GRP press service.

The High Council of Justice has decided to dismiss:
Borodiychuk Olga Ihorivna – from the position of a judge of Brody District Court of Lviv Region;
Gordienko Konstantin Mikhailovich – from the position of a judge of the St. George’s District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region;
Sprynchuk Valerii Volodymyrovych – from the position of a judge of the Vinnytsia Court of Appeal.
