Fish baked with potatoes is a great choice for a weekend dinner. This is a hearty dish, the preparation of which does not require much effort and skill and will take an hour and a half of your time, most of which the fish will be in the oven, and you at the same time will be able to do other useful or favorite things.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of fish fillets
5 potatoes
2 bulbs
1 tomato
100 g of hard cheese
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
green
sour cream
oil
dried rosemary
dried thyme
ground black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Rinse the fish fillet with cold water, drain, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon juice, salt, pepper, season with rosemary and thyme and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, the onion into half rings, and the tomato into slices.
At the bottom of the form greased with oil put half the norm of potatoes, salt, pepper, cover with half the norm of onions and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Spread the marinated fish fillet on a vegetable pillow, cover it with tomatoes, then a layer of the remaining onion, on it – the rest of the potatoes, salt, pepper, add greens, pour sour cream, and add grated cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
On a side note:
If you can’t buy ready-made fish fillets, use any sea fish. It has almost no small bones and it is enough to remove only the spine.
Choose a starchy potato and cut it into thin slices, in which case it will bake faster.
Fans of mayonnaise can replace sour cream with it.
