At an extraordinary meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Natalia Naumenko head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine. This was announced by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in his Telegram channel.

Melnychuk said that the government had appointed:
• Kucher Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Head of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine;
• Naumenko Natalia Mykolayivna, Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine;
• Oleh Oleksandrovych Nikolaychuk, Deputy Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitization.
According to him, the government fired Naumenko from the post of First Deputy Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
It was also agreed to dismiss Lutsenko Hennadiy Petrovich from the post of the head of the Pryluky District State Administration of the Chernihiv Region.
On September 29 this year, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the head of the State Migration Service, Maksym Sokolyuk, was relieved of his post.
Such a decision was made promptly against the background of information about possible abuses in the department.
At that time, Natalia Naumenko, the first deputy head of the State Migration Service, who had previously been the first deputy head of the migration service, was entrusted with the temporary performance of her duties.
