The Monitor. Estate team has launched a service for the analysis of new buildings and provides journalists with free access to them for investigations, as reported in a press release.

The online search system Pro.Monitor.Estate collects and links permits and declarative documents about construction sites, as well as provides basic information about its participants – legal entities. The service has a number of search filters and automatically “pulls” related documents to the object.
The system allows you to find out:
what exactly is being built
what is the purpose of the site
whether there is a construction permit
who is the customer, contractor, developer, and designer
what else they are building and what kind of history there is
who is responsible for technical supervision
how many lawsuits related to the construction of legal entities
how many debts they have, etc.
The service contains data for the period from 2011.
