Travel enthusiasts have found a house in Spain that looks pretty scary because of the associations with the South Korean series “Squid Game”.
Kyiv. Ukraine. Ukraine Gate – October 13, 2021 – Reports
La Muralla Roja is located in Calpe in the Autonomous Community of Valencia in the southeast of the country.
Due to its design in the spirit of postmodernism, this object attracted the attention of users: the colors of the facade (shades of red and blue) and the many stairs through which it resembles a maze.
It is worth noting that the complex, whose name translates from Spanish as “Red Wall”, was built long before the series – in 1973.
But earlier it was known for its bright colors, which the architect Ricardo Bofill chose not just like that – different shades of red on the facade were designed to contrast with the surrounding landscape, and blue, indigo, and purple, which painted terraces and stairs – to merge. with the sky.
The complex consists of 50 interconnected three-story buildings with separate apartments – the windows of many of them overlook the Balearic Sea. Prices per night here range from 110 to 270 dollars. For this money, guests are also offered access to the pool and roof terrace.
This summer Spain opened for tourists from Ukraine. For entry, it is enough to have a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus, a negative PCR test 72 hours before entry, a negative result of a rapid test 48 hours before entry, or a certificate of recovery.
