Cannelloni is a type of Italian pasta intended for stuffing.

Those of the Italians who like to eat well and are good at cooking, with their invention have made life much easier for modern housewives because cannelloni for stuffing does not even need to boil.
Ingredients:
20 cannelloni
150 g mozzarella
For the filling:
0.5 kg of minced meat
0.5 kg of tomatoes
2 bulbs
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
oil
ground black pepper
salt
for the sauce:
1 liter of milk
50 g of butter
3 tablespoons flour
ground black pepper
salt.
Preparation:
Saute chopped onions and garlic in oil until transparent, add grated carrots on a medium grater and fry until tender. Then add minced meat, lightly fry, add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Cool the prepared filling slightly and fill it with cannelloni.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour on it until golden, gradually pour in the milk, salt, pepper, and cook until thickened.
Pour half of the sauce into the form, layout the stuffed cannelloni, pour the sauce so that they are completely covered with it, and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake until golden brown.
On a side note:
Use any minced meat, but it is best to take assorted pork and beef in equal proportions.
Minced meat can be replaced with boiled chicken, mushrooms fried with onions, stewed vegetables, cheese or cheese, bechamel – tomato sauce, and mozzarella – any hard cheese.
