Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate-October 26,2021- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senek signed a memorandum of understanding between the Council of Exporters and Investors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Jordan Information Technology Association, where the Deputy Minister met with the leadership of the Jordan Information Technology Association, during his visit to Jordan on October 25.
Senik presented Ukraine’s achievements in the field of digitalization and spoke about the special legal system of Diia City for the IT industry, according to which IT companies of Ukraine will receive a special tax form, flexible employment terms and separate procedures for interaction with state regulators.
The two parties exchanged experiences in the field of introducing information technologies and digitizing public services, and they discussed prospects for developing cooperation in the field of information technology.
Where the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding between the Council of Exporters and Investors of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian Information Technology Association in order to establish cooperation between Ukrainian and Jordanian IT companies.
Sinek also suggested organizing a business forum in 2022 with the participation of Ukrainian and Jordanian IT companies in order to identify opportunities and proposals in the Ukrainian IT market and establish direct business contacts.
The Deputy Minister also handed over cooperation proposals from Ukrainian IT companies to the Executive Director of the Jordan Information Technology Association.
