Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – October 31,2021- On October 30, 17,430 new infections of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus were recorded in Ukraine during the past 24 hours. It is known that among the patients 1108 are children and 178 are nurses.
Where 5663 cases were admitted to hospitals with complications. 336 patients died, while 5,269 patients recovered
The pace of testing also slowed slightly
The drop in daily morbidity is likely due to lower testing of the population over the weekend. So, yesterday in the country 97,286 tests were conducted in various ways, in particular:
• By PCR – 47906,
• ELISA method – 12652
• Studies with rapid tests for SARS-CoV-2 – 36728 antigen.
Instead, 72,612 PCR tests, 21,163 ELISA tests, and 50,846 SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen tests were performed in the country the day before yesterday.
Over the past 24 hours, most of the new patients were found in Kharkiv (1934), Odessa (1521), Sumy (1176), Zhytomyr (1166) and Dnipropetrovsk (2280) oblasts, and in Kiev – 443 cases
