“According to the results, the State Commission decided to establish a” red “level of epidemic danger in the city of Kyiv from 00:00 on November 1, 2021. The red level of epidemic danger provides for a number of restrictions, ”Nemchinov wrote on October 28 in the Telegram channel.

work of public catering establishments, shopping malls, non-food markets and shops,
holding mass events, etc.
According to him, the restrictions will not apply if 100% of employees and visitors to institutions (events) are vaccinated.
Nemchinov said that an extraordinary meeting of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies took place today.

Also, from November 1, all schools in Kyiv will be transferred to distance learning. This applies to all students: from 1st to 11th grade. In this mode, schools will work to improve the epidemiological situation in the city.
As for the kindergartens, they will continue to work, but following the rules of the “red” zone. Subject to vaccination of 100% of the staff of institutions.
