Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – November 1,2021- The Russian occupation forces committed 14 violations of the ceasefire, including the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, during the past 24 hours, that is, on October 31.
And near Luhanske and Maiorskу, the enemy fired grenade launchers of different systems. In the Novo-oleksandrivka region, the invaders fired heavy-caliber machine guns.
“Twice our defensive positions near Svetlodarsk were fired upon with heavy-caliber machine guns and other light weapons. Not far from Marinka and twice near Shumy, the enemy fired with 82-mm mortars.
The occupiers used 120 mm mortar shells and heavy caliber machine guns at Zolote 4. Outside Novolohansky, the Russian occupation forces fired twice with anti-tank missile systems and light weapons.
The enemy also used rack-mounted anti-tank grenade launchers near Zaitsevi, as well as automatic rack-mounted grenade launchers – in the Novotushkivsky district.
In addition, in the Luhansk region, the Ukrainian forces spotted a drone, possibly an Orlan-10, penetrating the line of contact.
The report stated that a Ukrainian soldier was wounded in the fighting, adding that the soldier was taken to a hospital where he is undergoing treatment “in a satisfactory condition.”
Ukrainian forces responded with fire to the enemy’s armed provocations, using weapons permitted by the Minsk agreements and forcing the opponent to cease fire.
Defensive efforts allowed the Ukrainian army to keep its territory in the area of operations of the joint forces.
As of 7:00 Kiev time on November 1, no new ceasefire violations have been reported.
JF units keep the situation under control, and continue to carry out orders to deter and repel Russian armed aggression
