Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – November 2,2021-The volume of remittances to Ukraine amounted to 10.339 billion dollars in the period from January to September 2021.
As of September 2021, the volume of private remittances to Ukraine from abroad amounted to 1.266 billion dollars.
In its statistics, the National Bank took into account both official and unofficial channels of money flows to Ukraine. In January-September 2021, $5.951 billion was transferred to Ukraine through traditional channels and $4.388 billion through informal channels.
As reported, in the period from January to September 2020, the volume of remittances to Ukraine amounted to $8.636 billion.
