“OASK has opened proceedings in the case of Dmytro Lamza’s lawsuit to the Ministry of Health to declare illegal the order approving the list of professions whose employees are subject to mandatory vaccination. OASK reminds that the plaintiff asks the District Administrative Court of Kyiv to declare illegal and invalid the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, dated October 4, 2021 “On approval of the list of professions, industries and organizations whose employees are subject to mandatory vaccination.”
