Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – November 4,2021- More than 31 tons of humanitarian goods were delivered to the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
“Today, November 3, humanitarian shipments totaling 31.71 tons were delivered to the Russian-occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” the report says.
The shipment was transferred from all the states that are members of the Geneva Conventions that make contributions to the global budget of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
“We would like to thank you for the long-term cooperation between the ICRC and the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories in Ukraine. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Ministry Order No. 51 of 17 July 2020, the ICRC informs the ICRC of the intentions of delivering humanitarian aid. to the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions that are not under the control of the Ukrainian government,” the ICRC wrote in a letter to the Ukrainian Ministry.
Thus, four trucks carrying humanitarian aid crossed the Novotroitsky entry and exit barrier.
