Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – November 4,2021- The Cabinet approved a draft presidential order on the formation of the Ukrainian delegation to participate in the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
This decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday 3 November.
Ukraine’s participation in the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control will provide an opportunity to discuss issues related to the protection of public health from the harmful effects of tobacco products. , progress in implementing the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, and receive updated information on issues to be considered on the agenda of the Conference of the Parties.
The ninth session of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control will take place approximately from 8 to 13 November 2021.
