Ingredients:
1.5 cups of dried walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 glass of milk
2 st. l. cocoa
2 st. l. butter
Step by step recipe:
- Dry walnuts in a dry pan. So ready chocolate-nut paste will acquire a pleasant aroma. Chop the nuts in a meat grinder.
- In a saucepan with a thick bottom, put all the ingredients at once: nuts, sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Stir and put on low heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for about 10 minutes. During this time, the mass will become thicker. If you want homemade nutella to be thicker, cook it to the desired consistency – focus on your products and the desired result.
- Pour the cooled paste into jars and store in the refrigerator. Homemade nutella tastes like pancakes, pancakes, waffles, cupcakes and croissants.
