Ingredients:
cheese – 800 g
yogurt – 250 g
eggs – 2 pcs.
powdered sugar – 300 g
semolina – 4 tbsp. l.
vanilla extract – 1 tsp.
cream 33% – 100 ml
pinch of salt.
Preparation
At the bottom of the oven put a pan with hot water. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then lower the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. To make the casserole have a good shape and not fall, let it cool without removing from the oven.
