In Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region, employees of the station produced and sold fake COVID documents to passengers for UAH 350.

According to the police, counterfeit rapid tests with a negative result on COVID-19 were illegally sold at the Mukachevo bus station. The clients were interregional and international passengers. Employees of the same station traded in false certificates.
It is reported that the buyers did not conduct any medical examinations, but received a fake document for only UAH 350.
Law enforcement officers exposed the offenders during the sale of another forged document. Certificates with signs of forgery were removed from the scene and will be investigated by experts.
The actions were qualified under Part 3 of Art. 358 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps, forms and their sale). Identify other people involved in the crime. They face up to five years in prison.
In addition, they identify persons who managed to buy and use counterfeits, because such actions are also subject to criminal liability.
