Meetings in the Normandy format should take place at the level of country leaders. This was announced on one of the TV channels by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk .

“I would very much like these meetings to take place at the level of heads of state,” she said.
Vereshchuk added that full-fledged meetings in the Normandy format are impossible due to the position of the Russian Federation.
“The Russian side refuses to recognize itself as a party to the conflict, refuses to comply with the Minsk agreements, which are signed by the Russian Federation,” she said.
However, Ukraine must do everything in its power to get the Kremlin at the negotiating table, Vereshchuk is convinced.
“The task of the Ukrainian side is to do everything in our power to get the Kremlin at the negotiating table,” she said.
