Kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – November 9,2021- The management of the Odessa Regional Council of Real Estate Affairs is looking for a developer for a project to repair and restore the Maritime Museum building, which was damaged in a fire 16 years ago.
The tender provides for the preparation of scientific and design documents for restoration and restoration work on the building – “English Club” (Odessa Museum of the Navy), located at: Odessa, st. Langeronovskaya, 6 ”, – it was said in the letter.
It is noted that November 21 is the deadline for submission of tender proposals of project organizations, set by the Office of the Regional Council for Property Issues.
In case of a successful auction and conclusion of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to develop project documentation worth 6 million 464.9 thousand UAH by December 31, 2022.
Current calculations for the work performed will be carried out in accordance with the work schedule on the basis of acts of work performed, signed by representatives of the parties. Final calculation – within 10 working days after signing the last act of work performed, according to the results of the state examination of documentation.

In 2017, the State Enterprise “Seaports Administration of Ukraine” planned to restore the old building, the cost of which was estimated at UAH 50 million.
