In the intraday market (DDR), the weighted average price of electricity was UAH 3,326.09 / MWh (excluding VAT). This is 12.82% higher than the price of electricity on the GDR in September this year and 2.6 times higher than the October price last year.
In September, the volume of purchase and sale of electricity at RDN and VDR at the Market Operator site amounted to 3,432.65 GWh. Compared to September, trading volumes in these market segments increased by 21.22% and accounted for 27.53% of Ukraine’s total electricity consumption.
As reported, the weighted average price of electricity on the market “per day ahead” (RDN) in September 2021 compared to August increased by 6.65% – to 2170.02 UAH / MWh.
