“Good news. Cyprus has become the first EU country to retain the possibility of entry for Ukrainians, “Kuleba said on Twitter the night before.
“The second EU country, Estonia, has not closed its borders to Ukrainians. We have preserved all travel opportunities for citizens who have been fully vaccinated, ”the Foreign Minister added today.

According to Kuleba, the Foreign Ministry is working with partners to preserve the freedom of travel of Ukrainians.
Context
On November 9, the EU decided to exclude Ukraine from the list of countries whose citizens can travel to EU countries without additional restrictions related to the coronavirus.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that after the removal of Ukraine from the “green list” of the EU, there will be no total closure of the EU borders. This is a recommendation, and the final decisions will be made by each individual EU country.
