“Our lawyers, by sending their inquiries and media research, found the contacts of 5 more eyewitnesses of the event, and handed them over to the investigator for interrogation,” Nayem wrote.

In particular, the lawyer noted that as of today, 13 examinations have been appointed in the case. A number of other examinations are still planned, and according to the methodology of the investigation, can be conducted only after receiving the results of other investigative actions.
“In the near future it is planned to inspect cars with experts, which in the future will allow to conduct an auto technical examination. Which, in turn, is the basis for establishing the circumstances of the accident. More than 9 witnesses were interrogated, ”the lawyer said.

On October 26, 2021, a fatal accident occurred in Kharkiv. A 16-year-old Infiniti driver tried to cross the intersection at a red traffic light and collided with a Chevrolet. The 58-year-old Chevrolet driver died on the spot. Police later detained a 16-year-old Infiniti driver suspected of a fatal car accident in Kharkiv.
On October 27, police announced the suspicion of a 16-year-old Infiniti driver. On October 28, a court in Kharkiv sent a 16-year-old boy to a pre-trial detention center for two months without bail.
