Spain’s borders will remain open to Ukrainians after the EU removes Ukraine from the list of safe countries to travel to. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba reported about it .

“Spain will remain open to travel for Ukrainians who have been fully vaccinated. The decision will take effect on November 15,” the statement said.

Until November 14, you can travel to Spain without providing vaccination certificates or negative test results for the presence of COVID-19, provided you fill out the health control form in advance.
From November 15, Ukrainians aged 12 and over must enter to enter the country:
certificate of full course of vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the WHO (Comiranty / BionTech / Pfizer, AstraZeneca / Vaxzervria, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna, Coronavac / Sinovac) or the European Medicines Agency (Comiranty, BizerTech / BizerZech / / Vaxzervria, Spikevax / Modern);
diagnostic certificate (negative PCR test result 72 hours before entry or negative antigen test result 48 hours before entry);
a certificate of recovery, which will be recognized within 180 days and after 11 days from the date of receipt of the first positive test for coronavirus.
All passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea, in particular for the purpose of transit to other countries, must fill in the health control form in advance (on the Spanish Ministry of Health portal https://www.spth.gob.es/ or by downloading the Spain Travel Health mobile application –SpTH– by phone) and receive a QR code to be provided upon request by representatives of the carrier’s company before boarding, as well as sanitary control services at the checkpoint at the port or airport upon arrival in Spain.
All passengers planning to enter Spain will be sanitized at the first point of entry. It includes document verification, visual inspection and temperature measurement in a non-contact manner.
