In October 2021, lard was sold on average in Ukraine at UAH 90.24 per kg (19.8% more expensive than in October 2020); beef – UAH 175.51 per kg (22.5% more expensive); pork – UAH 124.58 per kg (4.6% more expensive); chicken fillet – UAH 117.47 per kg (30.5% more expensive); chicken in carcasses – UAH 72.42 per kg (33.2% more expensive); boiled sausage of the first grade – 115.56 UAH per kg (12.7% more expensive); eggs – UAH 30.30 per dozen (36.5% more expensive); frozen fish – UAH 86.25 per kg (7.4% more expensive).
Pasteurized milk with a fat content of up to 2.6% for the period increased in price by 9.7% (up to UAH 27.63 per kg); soft fatty cheeses – by 11.1% (up to UAH 120.22 per kg); sour cream with a fat content of up to 15% – by 16.5% (up to UAH 72.96 per kg); butter – by 12.6% (up to UAH 49.13 per 200 g).
