“As of 7 am on November 21, 94 settlements in 5 regions (Sumy – 30, Chernihiv – 25, Kiev – 21, Zhytomyr – 15 and Donetsk – 3) have been deactivated due to deteriorating weather conditions (gusts of wind) due to the operation of protective systems automatic transmission.”
Regional Electricity Brigades are involved in restoring the electricity supply.
As reported, on November 21, meteorologists predicted gusts of 15-20 m / s winds in most regions of Ukraine.
