On Sunday, November 21, on the second floor of Ocean Plaza (Antonovycha, 176), Shakhtar football club, with the support of its titular partner Parimatch Ukraine, will hold a photo session with the UEFA Cup, the only European trophy won by the Ukrainian team since Ukraine’s independence.
It will be recalled that in 2009 Shakhtar became the last UEFA Cup winner (then the team beat Werder Bremen 2-1 in Istanbul), and the following season the tournament was renamed the Europa League.
An autograph session with the participation of Shakhtar goalkeeper and Ukrainian national team Andriy Pyatov and Pitmen Srna, the record holder for the number of matches played for the Pitmen, will also take place as part of the event from 14:00 to 15:00.
