Most complaints about the work of Wikipedia relate to access to the site – 96%, the work of the application of the online encyclopedia – 3% and access to your own office -1%.
There was also a global failure on October 7, with 99% of complaints complaining about failed attempts to access the encyclopedia’s website. Another percentage said they did not have the Wikipedia mobile app.
