The shooter is said to be 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley. He fired from his father’s semi-automatic pistol. The boy will be charged with one count of terrorism, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault for murder, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm.
According to the prosecutor, the accusations are based on incontrovertible evidence that the attack was intentional.
Four people died: two boys (16 and 17 years old) and two girls (17 and 14 years old).
In addition, eight people were injured, including one of the teachers.
