kyiv.Ukraine.Ukraine Gate – December 5,2021- The Ministry of Health announced the discovery of 6,622 cases of coronavirus infection in Ukraine last night.
“As of December 4, 6,622 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine (including 690 children and 68 medical workers),” the statement reads.
Also for the past 24hrs, 2,926 people were hospitalized, 278 people died, and 9,274 people recovered.
During the whole pandemic in Ukraine, 3,497,477 people fell ill; recovered – 3,050,659 people; fatalities – 88,280; PCR tests were performed – 16,076,359.
According to the Ministry of Health, 112,657 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 last night. The first dose was given to 40,278 people, fully immunized – 72,379 people.
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 13,725,905 people have been vaccinated, of whom 13,725,903 received the first dose, 11,762,441 were fully immunized and received two doses. A total of 25,488,344 vaccinations were performed.
