Vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 from COVID-19 will begin in Poland on Thursday, December 16. Registration started today.

It is noted that vaccination will be carried out Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) in a pediatric dose, adjusted for age.
It is also specified that the vaccination schedule consists of two doses with a recommended interval between vaccinations of at least 21 days.
For children 5-11 years of age with severe immune disorders, the schedule of primary immunization consists of three doses: two doses with an interval of at least 21 days and additional (booster) with an interval of at least 28 days after completion of two doses.
Vaccination referrals for children 5-11 years old are issued by the system automatically from December 12, from the moment the child turns 5 years old .
