So, on December 18, according to meteorologists, small wet snows are expected in almost all of Ukraine and the temperature is about 0 degrees. It will be warmer in the southern regions and Transcarpathia – up to + 3-5 degrees. In most areas, snow begins at night and falls throughout the day with short breaks. Only in the Mykolaiv and Zaporizhia regions will there be rains.
On Sunday, December 19, the precipitation situation will change a bit – in all regions, without exception, it will decrease. In the south, as well as in Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, light snow is expected. The air temperature will be 0-4 °, but due to high humidity it will feel colder. The rest of the territory will be covered with snow, sometimes heavy, and the thermometers will show from -1 to + 2 °. In the highlands in Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, snow will fall almost continuously, there is a danger of avalanches on steep slopes (2nd moderate level).
On Monday in Volyn, Rivne, Lviv , Ternopil, Sumy, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions frosts up to -4 ° and light snow will come. In Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions, positive temperatures (up to 2-4 °) are expected, wet snow is possible. In the rest of Ukraine the weather will be gloomy at the beginning of the week, there will be a little snow in the morning, and the thermometers will show from -1 ° to + 1 °.
