We offer to prepare a delicious salad that combines fruit with greens and supplemented with cheese.

This salad is perfect for a glass of good white wine, which is equally fond of cheese, grapes and pears.
Ingredients:
2 pears
200 g of grapes
0.5 iceberg cobs
100 g of feta
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation
Wash and dry pears, grapes and lettuce. In pears, remove the core and cut them into thin slices. Remove the grapes from the bunch and cut each berry in half, removing the stones if desired. Lettuce leaves tear into pieces of any size.
Feta cut into small cubes.
Combine olive oil with lime juice and honey and mix until smooth.
Put a pillow of iceberg leaves on the dish, pears, grapes and feta on them, and pour the dressing over everything.
Shake the finished salad with sesame seeds.
On a side note
The dish should be prepared and seasoned immediately before serving, otherwise the pear and grapes will release juice and the salad will dry.
Iceberg can be replaced with romano, arugula or lettuce, feta – mozzarella, parmesan or cheese with blue mold, lime juice – lemon juice, and with sesame add your favorite nuts – walnuts, cedar or pistachios.
To make the salad have a special aroma and play with a spicy taste, season it with flavored oil.
If you want to make the taste of the salad even more spicy, add 1-2 teaspoons of French mustard to the dressing.
