Chef’s advice.
Even the toughest meat, the same beef, can be made tender like an expensive tenderloin. It’s all a little chef’s trick: we will cook a spicy and slightly spicy roast beef with subtle ginger notes in the taste – it is perfect for a gourmet dinner in oriental style .

Soy sauce and garlic will make the meat soft and tender, and cooking will take only 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
350 grams of beef,
4 tablespoons soy sauce,
bulb,
Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece,
egg,
garlic – 2 cloves,
salt and pepper – to taste,
pinch of sugar
2 tablespoons starch,
10 grams of ginger,
half a teaspoon of 9% vinegar.
Preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices, the thinner it is, the better it will absorb the marinade and will be softer. Put the pieces in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, soy sauce 1 tbsp, spices, egg, 1 tbsp starch and mix everything.
Chop bell peppers, onions, garlic and a couple of pieces of ginger.
Heat a frying pan and fry the meat for two minutes, separating the pieces so that they do not stick together. Then spread on a plate. In the same pan, fry the peppers and onions until golden brown and add the meat roast, a pinch of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and vinegar.
Stew everything for a few minutes. At the very end, add 1 tablespoon of starch diluted in 100 ml of water. Stir well to thicken the sauce and add the garlic and ginger. Stir and turn off the stove. It remains to decorate the finished dish with greens, and serve it best with boiled rice.
