“American researchers from Wake Forest University have found that if you add 10 g of soluble fiber to your daily diet, you can get rid of fat deposits in the abdomen and reduce the risk of obesity by 3.7%,” said nutritionists.
However, tangerines should be used with caution. Especially people suffering from acute nephritis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, gastric or duodenal ulcers, as well as enteritis, colitis and gastritis with high acidity.
