If people after the age of 60 do not get enough protein, their withering and physical weakness develop more intensively.

Researchers say that as people get older, they become less and less thirsty. Meanwhile, water is needed for normal metabolism and the removal of potentially harmful, toxic components, the accumulation of which increases the risk of disease, including cancer.
Late eating
