In Zaporizhia, the movement of heavy and route vehicles on the highway M-17 Kharkiv – Simferopol – Alushta – Yalta (km 300 + 067 – km 341 + 000), which was banned from 18:00 on December 28, resumed at 23:00.
As of 00:50 on December 29 all temporary restrictions of movement on highways of the public use of the state value in all directions within the Nikolaev area were removed also.
At the same time, Luhansk region is urged to refrain from traveling if possible. The service of highways in the region warned that in Luhansk region there was a significant deterioration of weather conditions. From the evening of December 28 and on the night of the 29th the weather conditions significantly deteriorated, namely – heavy snow, snow in places with rain, strong winds, blizzards.
The SES says that such weather conditions, according to the Ukrhydrometcenter, are observed in Ukraine due to the release of an active cyclone.

At night and in the morning on December 29 on the coast of the Sea of Azov and in the port of Mariupol extreme ice (III level of danger, red).
“Such weather conditions can lead to disruption of traffic and disconnection of energy supply to settlements,” the SES warned.
