Today rains are expected in the western regions, and rain and snow in all other regions. The air temperature will be:
- in the west during the day + 1 + 5, and at night 0-2,
- in the north during the day + 2-2, and at night −2-6,
- in the east −2-4 during the day and −7-10 at night,
- in the south −1 + 3 in the daytime and −4-6 at night,
- in the center during the day + 2-2, and at night −1-7.
Snow and rain are expected in the capital. The air temperature will be 0 + 2 during the day and -1-3 at night.
