Tax changes in 2022: what awaits Ukrainians.

In particular, the following changes are envisaged:
• excise rates on alcoholic beverages are increased by 5%;
• the amount of personal income tax from the sale of the 3rd and subsequent real estate objects during the 1st calendar year will be 18%;
• for the sale of agricultural products of own production in the amount of more than 12 minimum wages, personal income tax will be 18%;
• agricultural producers will pay a minimum tax liability (the sum of all taxes) of 5% of the value of the land.
The conditions for collecting rent from the market value of ore with a higher ore content are also changing, namely the IODEX 62% FE CFR China index, which is calculated by the Platts news agency. At the same time, the higher this market value, the higher the rental rate.
